House Rulse

You deserve a professional and relaxing atmosphere while being serviced. All house rules are based on past behaviors that we frown upon at Cultivate Salon. Some items may differ due to COVID-19

 

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed in Cultivate.  We provide refreshments to all of our clients at no cost within reason.

  • Clients are prohibited from speaking mobile devices while being serviced.  Messaging is okay while your device is on silent/vibrate. Please make the necessary arrangements prior to your scheduled hair care time.

  • Please secure appropriate childcare for kids who are under 12 unless they're being serviced.

  • Online appointment booking is a very rare privilege we extend to our clients, please double-check your schedule before booking. 2 cancellations within less than 24 hours of your appointment revokes your in-person and online scheduling privileges.

  • We do not provide refunds.  We doubt that you will be dissatisfied with our services, but if the rare case arises please let us know within 48 hours of your scheduled or walk-in service how we can help.  Alerting us beyond 48 hours will result in full service charges.

  • Solicitation is not allowed in Cultivate.  If you are a vendor interested in providing wholesale goods or business services to help us better serve our clients, please email info@cultivatesalon.com.  No calls, please.

  • Cultivate and its surrounding grounds are smoke-free areas.  We appreciate your cooperation and respect.

  • The atmosphere of Cultivate is very professional, familial, and pleasant.  All clients and staff avoid using foul language, keep low conversational tones, and conduct themselves as professionals at all times.
